It is your very own skybox for plane-spotting, with a background of sea views, all the way up to Skopelos. The villa is tastefully furnished in a modern style, but is very cozy. The beautiful traditional wooden ceiling on the first floor gives a lot of atmosphere to the big living area, with its beautiful open plan kitchen and dining area.
All along the front side of the house is the big balcony where undoubtedly most hours will be spent.
On ground level are 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and there is a bathroom with a bath tub downstairs, as well as an utility space with a washing machine.

The villa is playfully builtup around a swimming pool with wonderfully structured terraces and amazing views. The living room is the heart of the building. In the right wing you will find the kitchen with dining area and fire place, that is decorated in a beautiful mixture of timeless island elegance and a touch of European modernism. One level below, the master bedroom and bathroom are located, airy and very private. In the left wing 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a second kitchen provide a semi-independent unit. All the rooms are air conditioned. The villa has the atmosphere of a classical Greek island villa but remains light and surprising. There are terrace areas around the villa where shade and privacy can be found. The villa has a private parking area. A private road leads down to a small beach that is only used by the few villa owners that have properties bordering with it. A boat can be moored in the bay.

This villa is best accessed by car, there is no public transport in the area. There is enough parking space on the property. -
This majestic nest overlooks the beautiful bay of Vromolimnos. It breathes serenity and elegance. It has various layers with a pool on the bottom and steps that give easy access to the beach. The villa sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. On the top floor are a big terrace, and the living room with adjacent kitchen. Via internal or external staircases the other levels can be reached. The villa is beautifully decorated and has various outdoor sitting areas, for everyone to relax and chill out.
Left of the entry side up on the road is the parking place for 2 cars. from the gate steps lead down to the property. The steps bring you to the main terrace with ample outside living space. The front door leads you to the living room with open plan kitchen, and a bedroom with bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the level below. Here are 2 big bedrooms and bathrooms, and a study room/ work space, and a big shady terrace along side the whole front of the property.
External steps lead to the lowest level, the pool area, where there is a big playroom with kitchen, and a small junior bedroom with ensuite bathroom, ideal for youngsters who want a bit of privacy. Steps lead down from the property to the path that leads to the beach of Vromolimnos.
A host is always available, but not present. There is a housekeeper who comes in daily from 8.30-15.00 and she takes care of the house, the outside spaces and can help with things like preparing breakfast etc.
This is an amazing property but there are quite a few staircases, making the property unsuitable for people with mobility issues.
