This villa is set in a lovely green environment of pine trees and bushes, with enjoyable sea views. Nova 1 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a big fully equipped kitchen and a living room that opens to the big and sheltered terrace in front. There is a lower unit which has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen and a big terrace all along the front. It is called Nova 2 and can be rented separetely or together. The villa is within easy walking distance of the beaches of Tzaneria and Kanapitsa.
Nova 1 is a comfortable villa which sleeps 6 people. It has been upgraded over the last years. The result is a villa that breathes authenticity, but blends it nicely with a lighter style, that gives the island feel, and will make you feel you are truly staying in a Greek villa.
Within easy walking distance 2 lovely beaches with great restaurants are located: Tzaneria with Baracoa beach bar, and Kanapitsa, with a family tavern. From both beaches a water taxi goes straight into the port of skiathos every hour. It is also possible to walk to the nearest bus stop (12) and connect with Town, the busline to Koukounaries and the busline to Aselinos.
There is a minimarket in the vicinity of the villa for all your basic needs.

This wonderful 3-bedroomed villa breathes ease and relaxation. Built on a hill side it offers stunning sea views, while the surrounding area is lush green nature. There are lovely terraces to enjoy the outdoors. The living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are on ground level, and the 3 bedrooms and second bathroom are on the first floor. The house has a romantic atmosphere, lots of blue and white tones. The town is within 10 minutes driving distance and the area is wonderfully quiet.
Agios Antonios is a lovely area on a hillside, with amazing sea views, up to Skopelos and Evia, views to town and the green area surrounding this group of villas. The driving distance to town is approximately 10 minutes. There are no facilities nearby, but the nearest supermarket is at Ahladies beach, around 5 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are Vasilias and Ahladies.
This villa is located next to villa Kalliope, and if desired you could stay in both villas with a group up to 14 people.
The villa is located on a hillside, within a 10 minute drive to town. The only way to reach the villa is via car, scooter, quadtaxi. There is no public transport. Walking is possible, but the way back home is quite steep, when it gets hot in the summer. The area is definitely beautiful for walking, and there are many tracks inland, that allow you to cross over to the other side of the island. -
This enchanting villa with 3 bedrooms has a very private location, set in a beautiful lush garden with magical sea views. It has its own entrance gate and private parking area. On entrance level is the spacious living room with windows all around, the kitchen, the bathroom and the double bed in an open sleeping area. The villa is also excellent for a couple, as the other bedrooms are on a lower level with independent entrances, and each has their own bathroom. there are terraces around the house
