Relax with the whole family at villa Kosmos. This 3-bedroomed villa has just been renovated and has a lovely pool area with sea views. There is a garden with sitting area on the other side of the house, under the trees. The 3 bedrooms are downstairs, together with the 2 bathrooms. There are 2 rooms with a double bed, and a twin bedroom. Upstairs is the living area with open plan kitchen and dining area, with access to the upper terrace. It is very easy to reach on a central yet quiet spot.
The bedrooms are all on entrance level, on the ground floor. There is a twin bedroom, and there are 2 double bedrooms. There is also a sofa bed in the space adjacent to the master bedroom. If needed, a child could sleep here.
There are also 2 bedrooms on ground level.
Up the stairs is the living room with open plan kitchen. It gives access to the terrace in the front that overlooks the swimming pool area.
The swimming pool area has sunbeds and umbrellas. On the other side of the building is a lovely green garden. There is sufficient parking space on the communal parking that borders this group of villas.
The villa is set in a small community of privately owned villas, and is well kept and very peaceful. The villa is within walking distance of the beaches of Ahladies, Sklithri and Tzaneria (Nostos) and the area is lovely for hiking.
There is a spacious parking area behind the villa. There is a bus stop within walking distance. And there are nice paths to hike

This majestic nest overlooks the beautiful bay of Vromolimnos. It breathes serenity and elegance. It has various layers with a pool on the bottom and steps that give easy access to the beach. The villa sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. On the top floor are a big terrace, and the living room with adjacent kitchen. Via internal or external staircases the other levels can be reached. The villa is beautifully decorated and has various outdoor sitting areas, for everyone to relax and chill out. Left of the entry side up on the road is the parking place for 2 cars. from the gate steps lead down to the property. The steps bring you to the main terrace with ample outside living space. The front door leads you to the living room with open plan kitchen, and a bedroom with bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the level below. Here are 2 big bedrooms and bathrooms, and a study room/ work space, and a big shady terrace along side the whole front of the property. External steps lead to the lowest level, the pool area, where there is a big playroom with kitchen, and a small junior bedroom with ensuite bathroom, ideal for youngsters who want a bit of privacy. Steps lead down from the property to the path that leads to the beach of Vromolimnos. A host is always available, but not present. There is a housekeeper who comes in daily from 8.30-15.00 and she takes care of the house, the outside spaces and can help with things like preparing breakfast etc. This is an amazing property but there are quite a few staircases, making the property unsuitable for people with mobility issues.

In front of the 2 big bedrooms is a spacious shady balcony. The villa is located in a community of privately owned villas on 10 minutes driving distance from town. No parties allowed! Beautiful, colorful and light house on a hill side with stunning theater-like views. The villas has a big terrace in front with various sitting areas. On the ground level are the living room with balcony doors that open to the terrace, the kitchen and 1 bathroom. On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms and 1 more bathroom. In front of the 2 big bedrooms is a spacious shady balcony. The smallest bedroom contains a bunkbed. The villa is located in a community of privately owned villas on 10 minutes driving distance from town. The whole villa is available for our guests. Agios Antonios is a lovely area on a hillside, with amazing sea views, up to Skopelos and Evia, views to town and the green area surrounding this group of villas. The driving distance to town is approximately 10 minutes. There are no facilities nearby, but the nearest supermarket is at Ahladies beach, around 5 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are Vasilias and Ahladies. This villa is located next to villa Josan, and if desired you could stay in both villas with a group up to 14 people. The villa is located on a hillside, within a 10 minute drive to town. The only way to reach the villa is via car, scooter, quad or taxi. There is no public transport. Walking is possible, but the way back home is quite steep, when it gets hot in the summer. The area is definitely beautiful for walking, and there are many tracks inland, that allow you to cross over to the other side of the island. This villa is only suitable for people who will rent a car or scooters. strictly NO parties allowed. Prefer families over groups of youngsters.
