Relax with the whole family at villa Kosmos. This 3-bedroomed villa has just been renovated and has a lovely pool area with sea views. There is a garden with sitting area on the other side of the house, under the trees. The 3 bedrooms are downstairs, together with the 2 bathrooms. There are 2 rooms with a double bed, and a twin bedroom. Upstairs is the living area with open plan kitchen and dining area, with access to the upper terrace. It is very easy to reach on a central yet quiet spot.
The bedrooms are all on entrance level, on the ground floor. There is a twin bedroom, and there are 2 double bedrooms. There is also a sofa bed in the space adjacent to the master bedroom. If needed, a child could sleep here.
There are also 2 bedrooms on ground level.
Up the stairs is the living room with open plan kitchen. It gives access to the terrace in the front that overlooks the swimming pool area.
The swimming pool area has sunbeds and umbrellas. On the other side of the building is a lovely green garden. There is sufficient parking space on the communal parking that borders this group of villas.
The villa is set in a small community of privately owned villas, and is well kept and very peaceful. The villa is within walking distance of the beaches of Ahladies, Sklithri and Tzaneria (Nostos) and the area is lovely for hiking.
There is a spacious parking area behind the villa. There is a bus stop within walking distance. And there are nice paths to hike

Light, bright and airy, at a wonderful location of the popular Kanapitsa peninsular, this villa is located front row, overlooking the sea towards the town.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can comfortably host 6 people. Next to the villa is a guest unit for another 4 guests, to be booked separately. This unit has its own kitchen and bathroom.
The beach is on a few minutes walking distance, as well as the supermarket and the bus stop.
The villa is all ground level. The living room has a dining area, and 2 sets of balcony doors that open up to the terrace. The kitchen is spacious and separate. The 3 bedrooms all have twin beds, and air-conditioning. There are 2 bathrooms. Over the terrace to the left the guest unit can be reached. This has a bathroom, a small kitchen area, and a loft with 2 single beds. It is good fun, and very beloved by kids.
The whole property with its terraces are exclusively available to the guests.
If you are with a larger group, it is possible to book the villa next doors, with 3 bedrooms. This way you can stay with a group of 16 people.
Kanapitsa is characteristic for its small bays and beaches, pine trees and lovely villas. The road goes all round the peninsular and is very popular for hiking. There are various restaurants on walking distance.
On a few minutes walking distance is the bus stop. The driving distance to town is 15 minutes, and also to the other side, Koukounaries beach is around 15 minutes. There are many nice beaches to choose from.
There is also a water taxi service from both the beaches Tzaneria and Kanapitsa. In 15/20 minutes it reaches the port of Skiathos town. It is a lovely way to get to town. -
This amazing and spacious villa has 3 bedrooms and has capacity for 8 people. It has a unique location, near Xanemos beach and overlooks a part of the runway. It is your very own skybox for plane-spotting, with a background of sea views, all the way up to Skopelos. The villa is tastefully furnished in a modern style, but is very cozy. The beautiful traditional wooden ceiling on the first floor gives a lot of atmosphere to the big living area, with its beautiful open plan kitchen and dining area.
All along the front side of the house is the big balcony where undoubtedly most hours will be spent.
On ground level are 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and there is a bathroom with a bath tub downstairs, as well as an utility space with a washing machine.
