Relax with the whole family at this peaceful villa that offers amazing sea views from the balcony, the terrace and the bedrooms. On the top floor is a nice living room with traidtional wooden roof and open plan kitchen, that has sliding doors to the side terrace. down the stairs are 3 bedrooms and 3 nearly identical bathrooms. Along the frontside of the bedrooms is a long balcony. The house has air-conditioning and is truly a comfy place to spend a significant part of your holiday.
The villa is located in a gated community of a few villas, on the far side of the Kalamaki Peninsular, and in the vicinity of Diamanti beach. The area offers amazing seas views, lush greens, and is great for hiking/walking. A car is recommended because the distance to the bus stop is over 15 minutes walking distance. The driving distance to town is 20 minutes.
There is a private parking area for the villas on this level. A car is recommended because there is no option for public transport nearby.

Below Villa Nova 1 is villa Nova 2, a smaller villa with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room with an open plan kitchen. The 2 villas can be rented together for larger groups or multiple families. They share only the parking area and the stairs area that leads down to the villas.

This wonderful 3-bedroomed villa breathes ease and relaxation. Built on a hill side it offers stunning sea views, while the surrounding area is lush green nature. There are lovely terraces to enjoy the outdoors. The living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are on ground level, and the 3 bedrooms and second bathroom are on the first floor. The house has a romantic atmosphere, lots of blue and white tones. The town is within 10 minutes driving distance and the area is wonderfully quiet. Agios Antonios is a lovely area on a hillside, with amazing sea views, up to Skopelos and Evia, views to town and the green area surrounding this group of villas. The driving distance to town is approximately 10 minutes. There are no facilities nearby, but the nearest supermarket is at Ahladies beach, around 5 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are Vasilias and Ahladies. This villa is located next to villa Kalliope, and if desired you could stay in both villas with a group up to 14 people. The villa is located on a hillside, within a 10 minute drive to town. The only way to reach the villa is via car, scooter, quad or taxi. There is no public transport. Walking is possible, but the way back home is quite steep, when it gets hot in the summer. The area is definitely beautiful for walking, and there are many tracks inland, that allow you to cross over to the other side of the island.
