The downstairs villa has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room with open plan kitchen. Both have spacious terraces with sea views. They are connected via an external staircase and are private.

Stunning views, sea breeze and a semi-private beach at your feet. Start dreaming about your most relaxing stay in Skiathos ever! Villa Eirini is set up like a little village around a piazza, with all private spaces with private entrances. Each bedroom has a door from the spacious terrace and access to a bathroom. In the middle is the area with the living room and kitchen. Every time you look outside you will be struck with the amazing view, the colors, the light! The beating heart of this property is the outdoors area, with many different corners to find private time, but of course the big dining area on the side where everyone can enjoy their meal together. The area is very peaceful and the starry nights will amaze you. There is one bedroom with 4 single beds, a terrace and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Lovely, well equipped large home in great location.
Short climb up to the house but super views on good size terraces. We had both Nova 1 & Nova 2, so that a large family could all stay. Thoroughly recommend.
