Description
Villa Nova 2 is a comfortable 2-bedroomed villa with a spacious terrace with lovely sea views, located in the Kanaptisa peninsular. It shares the plot and the entrance with Villa Nova 1. The villa has an open plan kitchen, and doors in all the rooms connecting to the terrace. the decoration is light and clean, and the location is very clever, close to 2 nice beaches and with restaurants, supermarket and bus stop nearby. Ideal together with Villa Nova 1 for 2 families travelling together
You enter the villa in the living room, which is bright and spacious and has a fully equipped open plan kitchen. through a corridor the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom can be reached. All rooms have doors to the terrace.
The whole bottom level of the property is for the exclusive use of the guests of Nova 2. Up one level is Nova 1 with 3 bedrooms. The parking, gate and access stairs are shared.
A host is present when needed, but no-one stays at the property.
Kanapitsa is a popular area, it was the area where the first villas were built. It is a very green peninsular, with a lovely varied view all around. walking around the peninsular is a wonderful trip, and offers a good view of all the different sceneries.
There is a bus stop at a few minutes walking distance from the house. The bus goes to town and to all the beaches, with last stop being Koukounaries. From the beaches, water taxis go to town, making the trip over the water fun and easy. To fully enjoy the island you may want to rent a scooter or car for part of your stay, but it sure isn't a necessity to enjoy your stay.
The villa is not very suitable for people with mobility issues.

This wonderful 3-bedroomed villa breathes ease and relaxation. Built on a hill side it offers stunning sea views, while the surrounding area is lush green nature. There are lovely terraces to enjoy the outdoors. The living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are on ground level, and the 3 bedrooms and second bathroom are on the first floor. The house has a romantic atmosphere, lots of blue and white tones. The town is within 10 minutes driving distance and the area is wonderfully quiet. Agios Antonios is a lovely area on a hillside, with amazing sea views, up to Skopelos and Evia, views to town and the green area surrounding this group of villas. The driving distance to town is approximately 10 minutes. There are no facilities nearby, but the nearest supermarket is at Ahladies beach, around 5 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are Vasilias and Ahladies. This villa is located next to villa Kalliope, and if desired you could stay in both villas with a group up to 14 people. The villa is located on a hillside, within a 10 minute drive to town. The only way to reach the villa is via car, scooter, quad or taxi. There is no public transport. Walking is possible, but the way back home is quite steep, when it gets hot in the summer. The area is definitely beautiful for walking, and there are many tracks inland, that allow you to cross over to the other side of the island.
