The studio is within close walking distance of the port and bus stop 0. Around the corner are a supermarket and a coffee place. it takes less than 10 minutes to reach the main street of the town.
This studio is part of the Maya apartments, 5 independent apartments on the Ring road, very close to the new port. From the property it is just a few minutes to walk to the port, but also the main street is nearby. On the corner of the road is the bus stop from which 4 different bus lines depart.
There is a private parking space in front of the house. But a car is not essential, because everything in town is within walking distance. The bus stop is around the corner and takes you all along the South side where you can choose from many beaches. From the old port, at 5-8 minutes walking distance you can take a water taxi boat to various beaches.
