Very comfortable studio apartment on a great location very near the center of town in a quiet dead end side street, with the parking area just around the corner. Access to the main street in 1 minute. The beach is very nearby. The apartment is located on the first floor and has 2 single beds, a sofa bed, dining table, kitchen, renovated bathroom and small balcony. It has a beautiful traditional wooden roof, air-conditioning and wifi.
Near the beach and just a few steps from the main street, this ideally located apartment is great for an easy stay in Skiathos. The parking is just around the corner, there are many facilities nearby, but this quiet side street has no traffic and is surprisingly peaceful.
The whole apartment on the first floor is for the guests to use. There is a shared entrance with the downstairs apartment, but each has a private front door.
Host is on the island, and available for texts and calls, and can give assistance at the house when needed.

The studio has 2 super comfortable single beds that can also be a double, and a sofa bed. there is a kitchen and a nice bathroom. the studio is air-conditioned and also has an air cleanser. The studio is within close walking distance of the port and bus stop 0. Around the corner are a supermarket and a coffee place. it takes less than 10 minutes to reach the main street of the town. This studio is part of the Maya apartments, 5 independent apartments on the Ring road, very close to the new port. From the property it is just a few minutes to walk to the port, but also the main street is nearby. On the corner of the road is the bus stop from which 4 different bus lines depart. There is a private parking space in front of the house. But a car is not essential, because everything in town is within walking distance. The bus stop is around the corner and takes you all along the South side where you can choose from many beaches. From the old port, at 5-8 minutes walking distance you can take a water taxi boat to various beaches.

It has a beautiful traditional wooden roof, thick stone walls, and is very private. It offers place for up to 4 people. The kitchen has everything you need, and is suitable for preparing meals. The airconditioning gets it cool easily, as the stone walls isolate very well. The distance to the center and the port is 6 minutes by foot.
