This simple and sweet place is ideal because it is very near the center of town, but located in a quiet area. The courtyard is wonderful, you will spend most of your time here. The 2 bedrooms have twin beds, and it is possible to add a third bed in each room, so it can sleep up to 6 people. Each room has it's own door to the terrace. It is within walking distance of the first beach, the bus stop and a supermarket. You can park next to the house. There is a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.

This house is simple and ideal for people who are looking for a nice and quiet place to spend the night but who will be out mostly during the day. There is no living room, the court yard is the living space where everybody ends up spending their time at home.

There is a gated court yard and the whole property is private and dedicated to our guests.

The house is located in a quiet backstreet on the border of town. It is just a few minutes to walk to the main street, the ring road, the super market and the bus stop. But you will enjoy the quietness of the area. There is place to park a car or scooter next to the house.

You can easily walk to the main street and the center, and to the port. Everything is nearby. Bus stop 3 is within 3 minutes walking distance, and the bus can take you to all the beaches along the South side of the island. If you walk to the port you can take one of the water taxis or excursion boats. It is nice to rent a car, even if it is just for a few days, because the island has some magical places where no public transport goes.

The neighborhood's cats just love this court yard and may occasionally visit.

Jenny Sam, a cute house in Skiathos town has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 5 people. The livingroom is the center of the house, and gives access to all the other spaces. There is a comfortable sofa that turns into a double bed, And there is a dining table, to enjoy any meal of the day together. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has ample worktop space. There is a bedroom with a big and comfortable double bed, and in the other bedroom is a in-between size bed, that can sleep 1 adult or 2 children. The property is located on the border of the city, and very near to bus stop 4 Akropolis, and Megali Ammos beach. The nearest cafes are Las Ramblas and Secreta cafe, and there is a supermarket on the corner of the street. The house is situated in a lively neighborhood within easy walking distance of the center of the city. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, air-conditioning, open-air parking near the building, TV.
In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle and many more items.
