Description
The location of this house is simply amazing. In the old part of town, with fantastic sea views to be enjoyed from the terraces, this house is so enjoyable, you will fall in love with it! It has a room downstairs with separate entrance, with 2 single beds, an en-suite bathroom and a small kitchen. Upstairs is a spacious room with a double bed and a double sofa bed, and a bathroom. There is a private walled court yard, and the property is just unbelievable. The decoration is surprising.
The house belonged to a captain at sea. He traveled the worlds to always come back to (t)his dear home, which he decorated with a lot of inspiration and a free spirit.
It wonderfully blends many overseas elements on a lovely traditional Greek canvas. The house keeps surprising its visitors, there is always something extra to discover.
The house is composed of 2 separate units. And has a kitchen with independent entrance, which is fully equipped. The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a small kitchen. It has exclusive use of the downstairs terrace. Up the stone steps is the other room, with the amazing double eagle bed. It's bathroom has the door outside, but is private enough, and there is also a washing machine in the upper bathroom. This room connects with the upper terrace. For 2 couples it gives great privacy and independence.
The rooms have air-conditioning and smart tv.
Through the gate you reach the internal court yard. The downstairs bedroom is straight ahead, the other one up the stairs. There is a part of the property that stays locked. It will never be used when the property is rented.
Once you have booked this property, I will ask for your email address so I can send you a form to collect your precise arrival information, and to send you additional documents with instructions regarding the house.
As a property manager I work with various platforms and therefore I keep a central database and communication, to ensure the best and smoothest way to perform your transfer and check-in into the house. Skiathos gets really busy in the summer and there is a lot going on. It is really not possible for me to keep checking into all apps all the time.
This area is probably the nicest one in the old town, right on the cliffs, with mostly really nice older houses. Little side streets, local people that sit together when the sun drops, the perfect image of a Greek island town.
The parking area is on a few minutes walking distance from the house.
Also the bus stop is easy to reach. The walking distance to the center is a couple of minutes.
It is possible to rent the house for 5-6 people, but the price increases by 15 euro per day per person.

In one of the most romantic little streets the old part of Skiathos Town has, a complete town house is offered for rent. It has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. But the best part by far is the roof top terrace with the most amazing views to the sea and surrounding islands. Especially at night it is the most peaceful place to be. But morning breakfast on the terrace is a must as well. The kitchen is bright and well equipped. The house is lovely and welcoming

On the first floor there is a single bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bedroom with 3 single beds. On the rooftop is a terrace with a dining table. The port is within easy walking distance through the cobbled streets of the old town. the first beach of Megali Ammos can be reached in 8 minutes by foot. Opposite the house are the rocks called Plakes, where you can swim, sunbathe or catch a breeze.1 review -
This amazing stone-built townhouse was completely renovated recently. It feels like a fortress, because it is very private and high up, with a lovely terrace overlooking Skiathos town. On the ground level are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the top floor is the living room with the most amazing kitchen, and door to the terrace. There is a small second bathroom upstairs. The center is very nearby, and the nearest beach (Megali Ammos) can be reached in a few minutes by foot.

The most beautiful views from the private terraces. Comfortable outdoor furniture with a large parasol.
Comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Fantastic location easy to walk to the bus stop 4 and into town the port, shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately we had no WiFi (apparently due to our visit being in October) Because of this the smart tv did not run anything requiring Internet.
The small kitchen could do with a few additional basic items. Extra pots bowls chopping board, cooking usee more

La cuisine est très petite, pas très bien organisée et mal équipée, il n’y avait pas de casserole par exemple. C’est si petit qu’on ne peut pas prévoir de cuisiner, excepté le petit déjeuner.
