Enjoy a pleasant experience at this centrally-located place. The apartment has just been finished and is welcoming and cosy. It has a double super comfortable bed, a bathroom with a shower, kitchen and living room with supersize sofa that can sleep 1 more person. There is an outdoor sitting area. The apartment is very close to the port, the bus stop 0, the supermarket. It has its own parking space. Everything is within walking distance.
This apartment is part of the Maya apartments, 5 independent apartments on the Ring road, very close to the new port. From the property it is just a few minutes to walk to the port, but also the main street is nearby. On the corner of the road is the bus stop from which 4 different bus lines depart.
You can easily walk to the port, the center of the town and the supermarket. even the airport is within walking distance. The bus stop is on the corner of the street, just 2 minutes by foot. From there you can take the bus to the beaches. There is a bus to the Evangelistra monastery, to Aselinos beach, to Xanemos beach, and also to the airport. Otherwise you can rent a car or a scooter, there is free parking in front of the house.

This unique place has a style all its own. This bright apartment with spacious side terrace is located on the first floor. It has a private entrance and parking spot. The apartment has a comfortable bathroom, a sitting area and open kitchen, and a bedroom area with a super comfortable bed. The spaces have separations, no doors (apart from the bathroom) which gives the place an open and airy feel. The sofa transforms into a comfy double bed. The wooden rooftop ceiling gives it a homely feel.

The house is situated in a charming neighborhood in the center of the city.
